LPC Healthcare has partnered with a valuable client here in the Chicagoland area, a facility with strong ties to the surrounding area. An organization that is experiencing great growth and due to this rapid growth they have the following need for a Physician Program Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and according to established policies and procedures is responsible for the operational integrity of their Hospital's Hospitalists Programs including the development/implementation of marketing plans for designated programs and services as well as the associated physician recruitment and physician practice acquisitions.
The Manager also assists the CMO with the development and implementation of various physician improvement programs.
Qualifications:
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in Physician Practice management, preferably with Hospitalist programming with three (3) years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
At least three (3) years of Physician Practice acquisition experience.
The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a Health Care related field. MBA highly desirable.
Experience with computerized management systems highly desirable.
The interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with the Managers of Physician Practice, hospital administrators and physicians.
The analytical skills necessary to assess staffing needs with regards to changes in reimbursement. The ability to analyze the feasibility of new services and to formulate, implement, evaluate and revise marketing plans and objectives.
The written and verbal communication skills necessary to interact effectively with hospital management and committees, physicians, business and community groups, professional organizations and others outside of the hospital.
The knowledge of finance necessary to develop budgets, profit/loss statements, practice acquisition and other analyses of business opportunities.
The ability to plan, organize and implement the various phases of a marketing plan.
The creativity necessary to develop unique and successful marketing strategies.
Willingness to travel to various off-sites may be required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
