What we are seeking:
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Trade Specialist to join our growing team. This position is part-time (approximately 20-35 hrs/week) but has strong growth opportunity. In this role, you will work to become an expert in our trade division and use your creativity and leadership skills to flourish.
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and objectives.
Become an expert on the trade process, brand and fashion trends.
Provide concierge service by building relationships with customers, sending trade previews and fulfilling customers wish lists.
Become an expert buyer of trade apparel and toys.
Work as a team with the retail division to collaborate on customer purchases.
Implement relevant communications to customers using emails, e-newsletters and social media.
Assist with special in-store and out of store events (red tag sales, swap meets).
Assist with merchandising and displays for trade areas.
Maintain the integrity of the trade floor space by replenishing stock, reorganizing, etc.
Maintain quality control with each trade by applying Sugarcup standards.
Qualifications:
Must have 2
years in fashion, or resale industry.
Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude
Extremely tech savvy and Mac OS proficient,
Strong knowledge of social media
Hands on, self-motivated and aggressively driven to excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
Communicates effectively with peers and management
