The Family Based Services program is hiring for the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) which offers in home coaching to provide critical supports for vulnerable families.
The Family Facilitator will provide services to families within a community-based setting through individualized, performance-based plans.
One full time position available.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, Master's preferred Case management experience in social services and/or child welfare Experience working with clients using evidence-based intervention desired Excellent interpersonal, time management, and written and verbal communication skills Computer skills Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of families, this may include some evenings Willingness to work in client homes and community settings Must complete training in evidence-based treatment model Valid IL driver's license and access to car Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences in the staff and client populations Hephzibah Children's Association is an equal opportunity employer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
