Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), Associate - Oak Park, IL AREA
We are conducting a search for an Associate Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to provide key leadership support to staff and residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a behavioral focus in the Oak Park, IL area.
THIS IS A VERY WELL COMPENSATED POSITION
The successful candidate will work in tandem with the existing Nursing Home Administrator in day-to-day duties, prior to transition into the sole NHA role.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field, and that preferably have some level of experience within a SNF setting.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain diplomacy under stress
An IL LNHA certificate
