The Server is the face of our Comedy Club and plays an integral role in our customer's show experience.
You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Take beverage orders from customers Answer questions about the drink menu and preparation Provide accurate orders to the bar staff Check with customers multiple times during the show to ensure they are satisfied Take orders from customers for 2 drink minimum Provide customers with their checks before end of show and process payment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server is preferred Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays Familiarity with food safety guidelines/Bassett certification (we can pay for if necessary) Ability to work in a dark fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
