Oak Park Oasis - Oak Park Oasis currently has an opening for a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join their management team.
This position requires the following
Qualifications:
Recent experience in the housekeeping/ laundry department in LTC in a supervisory capacity preferredPrefer experience in a healthcare environmentShould know the overall operations of all housekeeping/ laundry equipmentMust know all products used in both departmentsShould know regulations and the survey process as it relates to both departmentsMust be familiar with all housekeeping procedures including terminal cleaning, floor care, etc.
Should be able to do accurate linen count and assure that all linens being used are in good repairWill interview, orient, and do scheduling for all housekeeping/laundry staffShould be a hands on manager who is willing to assist as neededMust be willing to do a weekend manager on duty rotationSolid work historyTeam playerIND123 About the Company:
