Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect - Retail Focus
We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly within the retail sector, to join our team. This role will involve overseeing multiple concurrent projects, managing geographically dispersed teams, and engaging with C-level stakeholders. Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate projects related to ERP platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Manage teams across different geographical locations and time zones, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication. Engage with C-level customer stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and drive meaningful discussions. Conduct workshops with large business groups spanning various retail and finance functions to develop roadmaps and strategic plans. Leverage your deep understanding of retail industry processes and Dynamics 365 ERP to provide expert guidance and suggest improvements. Demonstrate proficiency in end-to-end retail business processes, with particular emphasis on inventory management, purchase processes, retail sales (including POS systems), warehouse management, and back-office operations. Guide customers through retail business processes, both B2B and B2C, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and recommending solutions. Compare and evaluate various products and functionalities to tailor the best solutions for customers, focusing on delivering a unified and innovative approach. Mandatory experience with retail modules within ERP systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the retail industry, with a focus on ERP systems or related platforms. Working experience on Dynamics 365 Retail, Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Retail Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and teams, preferably in a global context. Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly within the retail sector. Strong understanding of retail business processes, with an advantage in food and beverage industry knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies would be advantageous.
