We are urgently seeking aHuman Resources Generalistfor our corporate headquarters in Oak Park, Illinois.
While the responsibilities of a Generalist are varied, this team member will take part in all HR functions, including but not limited to daily employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and on-boarding, and employee development.

Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities:
Provides counseling regarding benefit programs and assists with benefit administration support Assists in recruiting efforts; posting job ads, sourcing candidates, interviewing, etc.
Manages the onboarding process and new hire paperwork Provides strategic and hands-on support of all issues related to employment, compensation, employee relations, succession planning and employee development Analyzes and defines areas of improvement for the organization to increase performance, reinforce corporate culture, and positively impact both HR and the business Assists with I-9s and auditing Ability to manage complex employee matters, facilitates difficult and challenging conversations to achieve conflict resolution and make recommendation for closure Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred 1
