The Case Management Director will report to the CFO while overseeing the Care Management Department.
The Director Case Management will have the opportunity to lead plan, schedule and organize work for their team.
Leading interdisciplinary efforts to ensure the care patients receive is the right care at the right time.
Providing leadership and oversight for the entire Case Management Department, the Case Management Director will oversee a strong team or RN Case Managers and Social Workers.
The Director of Case Management will have full departmental control and be the ultimate decision maker for the unit.
