As the Event Marketing Manager you will be in charge of a team working trade shows, fairs, festivals and other events.
At these events we pitch our product and try to gain interest from possible customers signing them up for free estimates on home improvement projects.
Please be aware most of these events are weekend events! The ability to engage potential customers and discuss their problems/needs is essential.
Job Responsibilities Staff Management:
Manage and motivate your team and ensure they have necessary info for each event, each week.
Track payroll for these individuals.
Recruitment:
Interview, train, and develop team to help generate qualified leads at events.
Planning:
Find and book events for marketing team.
Budget and staff these events.
Track and control spend/marketing % Event Management:
Attend home shows, fairs, festivals, and other events to generate leads Full Benefit Package:
